About RoboFixGuide

Learn how RoboFixGuide organizes independent, model-specific robot vacuum diagnostics, safety checks, sources and corrections.

RoboFixGuide is an independent guide to diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing robot vacuum cleaners. The aim is to help you identify the exact symptom, make safe checks in a useful order, and decide when a repair requires professional service.

How to use the guides

Start with the brand and exact model. Similar-looking robots can use different docks, brushes, sensors, batteries, and app settings. Our guides separate symptoms that are easy to confuse, such as a robot that cannot reach its dock and one that reaches the dock but does not charge.

Begin with the simplest checks. Turn the robot off or unplug its station when an instruction calls for it. Stop if you find damage to a mains cable, station, or lithium battery, or if a step requires opening powered equipment. Do not substitute a part solely because it looks similar.

Sources and corrections

We use manufacturer manuals and support information where available, then identify the checks they support. An illustration may simplify the view of a component; use the manual for your exact model to locate it. A symptom can have several causes, so a guide is a diagnostic starting point rather than a guarantee that one part is faulty.

Our Editorial Policy explains how the site approaches accuracy and corrections. We update guidance when a model detail or official instruction changes.
