How RoboFixGuide prepares and reviews troubleshooting content.

RoboFixGuide publishes practical troubleshooting guides for robot vacuums. Our goal is to help readers identify a model and symptom, try appropriate checks, and know when to stop and seek qualified service.

How we prepare a guide

We start with the exact model, the observed behavior, and any displayed error. We consult available manufacturer manuals and support information for model-specific controls, alerts, maintenance, and parts. We then organize the findings into checks, likely causes, and practical next steps. A symptom may have more than one cause; a guide cannot confirm a fault without examining the device.

Our guided diagnostic tool helps narrow down a symptom through a sequence of questions. Its results are suggestions for further checks, not a substitute for a technician’s inspection.

Parts and battery compatibility

For the parts compatibility guide and battery finder, we distinguish a documented fit from an uncertain one. Check the full model designation and, where relevant, the part number, connector, dimensions, and regional variant against the manufacturer’s current information before ordering. We do not treat similar product names as proof that parts are interchangeable. If a match cannot be verified, we say so rather than guessing.

Safety and limits

Disconnect power before cleaning or inspecting accessible parts, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Stop using a device with a damaged cord, dock, or battery, signs of overheating, or liquid damage. Battery replacement and internal electrical repairs may require a qualified professional. Troubleshooting advice cannot guarantee a repair or replace the product manual.

Updates and corrections

Product guidance and compatibility lists can change. We review content for clarity, safety, and model relevance, and correct incomplete or outdated details when identified. A review date, where shown on a guide, indicates when that guide was last checked; it does not guarantee that manufacturer information has not changed since.

Independence, links, and trademarks

Our current parts and battery reference links direct readers to manufacturer information and are not affiliate links. If we later add a paid or affiliate link, we will label that relationship clearly near the relevant recommendation and update this policy. A commission must not determine a diagnosis or an asserted product fit. Manufacturer names and trademarks identify products and compatible models; RoboFixGuide is an independent guide and is not presented as an official manufacturer support service.
