DEEBOT T20 OMNI Hot-Water Mop Washing Not Working

Use this guide when the station washes the pads but the hot-water function seems inactive.

4–7 min Settings first
QUICK ANSWER

Check the hot-water option in the ECOVACS HOME app first.

ECOVACS notes that normal cleaning begins by moistening pads with cold water, while hot water is used for pad washing when the feature is enabled and conditions allow it.

All-in-one robot vacuum station washing mop pads with heated water flow
Expected behavior: initial pad moistening can be cold; hot water is used during supported mop-pad washing cycles.

Is hot-water mop washing enabled in Smart Cleaning → Station?

Do not open the station heater

If settings and water supply are correct but heating never works, internal heater diagnosis should be left to service.
