How our troubleshooting guides are built.

Our goal is to make diagnostics useful without pretending that a web guide can confirm a hardware failure remotely.

Source hierarchy

We prioritize official manufacturer manuals, support articles and model documentation. Where real-world failure patterns add useful context, we label them as possibilities rather than manufacturer-confirmed causes.

Safety boundary

Guides prioritize checks that owners can perform without opening powered docks, batteries, sealed pumps or other hazardous assemblies. When symptoms point beyond safe maintenance, we recommend service.

Updates and corrections

Robot firmware, apps and support guidance can change. We revise pages when model-specific information changes or when a diagnostic path can be made clearer. Visitor star ratings help us identify guides that may need review.

Commercial content

If affiliate links or sponsored placements are introduced later, they will be disclosed and will not change the diagnostic conclusion of a guide.
