DREAMEL10S ULTRAPOWER FAILURE

Dreame L10s Ultra Won't Turn On

Use this guide when the L10s Ultra appears dead, will not start from the Power/Clean button, or does not respond after sitting on the base station.

5–15 min Dry cloth only No battery disassembly
QUICK ANSWER

Start with the indicator light, then verify charging before resetting anything.

Dreame's official L10s Ultra power-failure procedure separates two cases: if the Power/Clean indicator lights, restart the robot; if it stays dark, verify base power, clean the charging contacts and manually dock the robot. A factory reset comes only after those checks and will erase saved maps.

Start here: a robot that looks completely dead may simply be discharged or not making reliable contact with the powered base.

STEP 1 OF 3

Does the Power/Clean indicator light when you press the button?

Dreame uses this as the first split in its official power-on troubleshooting.

FIXES IN ORDER

What to do when the L10s Ultra will not power on

01

Check the Power/Clean indicator

Press the button once. If the indicator lights, press and hold Power/Clean to attempt a normal restart.

30 sec
02

Confirm base-station power

Make sure the charging base is connected to power and that both ends of the power cord are seated securely.

1 min
03

Clean the charging contacts

Wipe the metal contacts on both the robot and base with a clean dry cloth. Do not use a wet cloth on powered charging contacts.

2 min
04

Manually align the robot on the dock

Place the robot on the base so the charging contacts meet correctly, then observe whether charging begins automatically.

1–2 min
05

Try a 3-second power-on

After the robot has been correctly docked, press and hold the Power/Clean button for about three seconds.

3 sec
06

Reset only if necessary

Open the upper cover and hold the reset button for about three seconds until the factory-reset prompt. Remember: this clears saved maps and other stored data.

Last resort

When to stop DIY

If the base is powered, contacts are clean, the robot has had an opportunity to charge and the official reset still produces no response, do not open the battery pack or main electronics. Dreame recommends contacting after-sales support and providing the troubleshooting results plus a short malfunction video.
