Separate dock supply from robot delivery.
First run a manual mop wash. If the dock can wet and wash the pads, the fresh-water supply is at least partly working and you can narrow the problem to robot-side flow or settings.

Find where water stops
Does a manual “Wash Mop” cycle put water into the dock tray?
Watch the tray for fresh water while the dock washes the mop pads.
Try these fixes in order
Refill and reseat the clean-water tank
Make sure the tank is not only full but also sitting evenly in the dock.
Clean the wash tray and filter
Hair and debris can interfere with normal wash and water movement.
Run two wash cycles
After refilling or long storage, a couple of normal wash cycles can help confirm whether flow returns.
Test app water settings
Use a higher water-flow setting for a short test before concluding there is a hardware fault.
When to stop DIY
If the dock has water but no water moves through a normal wash cycle after cleaning and reseating, do not open sealed pump assemblies unless qualified.
