Begin with the quick checks. Stop if a step requires tools or experience you do not have.
If Dreame L10s Ultra scheduled cleaning is not working, first find out whether the robot never starts, starts at an unexpected time, or starts and then stops. Those outcomes point to different checks. A missing phone notification alone is not enough to show that the task failed.
Open the cleaning history and inspect the saved schedule before changing it. Take a screenshot of the time, repeat days, selected rooms, and cleaning mode visible in your app. This guide applies to the original L10s Ultra; menu names can differ between app versions.
Quick schedule checks
| Symptom | First check |
|---|---|
| Nothing happened at the expected time | Confirm the task is saved, enabled, and set for that day. |
| Cleaning started at another time | Compare the saved time with your expected local time. |
| The task starts but ends early | Read the history and error; investigate the interruption. |
| Only certain rooms are skipped | Review the scheduled room selection and access. |
| You are waiting for an old run to continue | Check recharge continuation separately from a new scheduled task. |
1. Reopen the saved task
In the robot’s scheduling controls, inspect the existing task rather than creating several replacements. Confirm its time and any repeat-day or enable controls shown in your version. A weekday-only task will not test the same condition on a weekend.
After an edit, leave the screen and reopen the task to check what was retained. Compare the displayed time with the time you expected, especially after travel, a phone time-zone change, or a schedule edit. Record a consistent offset if there is one; do not assume a particular time-zone mechanism without checking the current app.
If the task is limited to selected rooms, review those selections against the current map. Following map changes, verify the intended areas again rather than relying only on an old task name.

2. Try the same cleaning manually
With the robot ready at its powered base, start a small cleaning task manually using the same intended area and mode. Observe whether it leaves the dock, prepares its mops if relevant, and begins the selected cleaning.
If manual cleaning also fails, solve that visible problem first. A depleted robot or a station error affects your ability to test scheduling. Use the charging checklist when charging does not progress, or the stopping guide when a run starts and then ends with a fault.
If manual cleaning works, note the successful time and settings. That gives you a useful comparison for a schedule-only failure without changing the map, network, and station all at once.
3. Read app status and cleaning history together
If the app reports the robot offline, follow the L10s Ultra offline guide to restore visibility and confirm your settings. An offline message alone does not prove whether the robot executed a previously saved schedule. Compare it with what the robot physically did and any history available after reconnection.
Likewise, do not use notification delivery as the only test. You might miss an alert while the cleaning still occurs. Record whether the robot actually left the station and whether a new run appears in history.
4. Do not confuse DND with recharge continuation
The original L10s Ultra manual states that scheduled tasks still run during Do Not Disturb. DND does delay resuming an interrupted cleaning run. For this model, “DND is enabled” is therefore not a sufficient explanation for a new schedule failing.
If your complaint is that yesterday’s unfinished run stayed at the base after charging, use the recharge continuation guide. That is a different event from today’s scheduled task starting.
5. Observe one controlled scheduled test
- Capture the existing task settings before editing anything.
- After the manual comparison, create or adjust one test task for a convenient future time using the controls available in your app.
- Reopen it to confirm the intended time, day, rooms, and mode.
- Keep the robot ready at its normal base and observe the scheduled start without issuing another cleaning command at that time.
- Record the result, then remove the temporary task or restore the original settings.
Choose a time with enough room to save and verify the task. Avoid overlapping tests that make it unclear which task started. If it runs but misses mapped rooms, check the mapping and room-access guide.
What to send support
For repeatable schedule-only failures, send the saved task screenshot, expected and observed local times, selected days and rooms, manual-test result, app and firmware versions, and relevant history. Include the exact error if one appears. Preserve this record before considering a reset.
FAQ
Does DND stop scheduled cleaning on the original L10s Ultra?
The manual says scheduled tasks still execute. It treats interrupted-run continuation separately.
Should I make another schedule after every missed start?
Inspect the existing task first. Several overlapping tasks make the comparison harder.
Does an offline alert mean the schedule failed?
Check the robot’s actual behavior and cleaning history as well as the app status.
